taking stock

sometimes we all need to slow down and pay more attention to our internal thoughts. after seeing this on Inked in Colour's blog i was inspired to 'take stock' of life at the moment.

making : informative posters on perfume for work
cooking : on a brand new cooker/oven
drinking : finest english breakfast tea
reading: oh comely magazine
wanting: to move to Bristol
looking: out the living room window up at the tumbling clouds
playing: with Corben's new toys
wasting: time feeling sorry for myself
sewing: nothing until i fix my singer machine
wishing: i had an article published in a magazine
enjoying: rearranging furniture and utilising space
waiting: for the weather to perk up a bit
liking: how uplifting a bunch of flowers can be
wondering: where we will be this time next year
loving: having independence and freedom
hoping: my blog will progress with this new direction
marvelling: at weddings on Pinterest
needing: inspiration
smelling: like bergamot and blackberry after a mid morning soak in the bath
wearing: mom jeans
following: craft & sewing bloggers
noticing: that too much time is spent indoors
knowing: the world is our oyster
thinking: not to let the negative override the positive
feeling: productive
bookmarking: slow cooker recipes
opening: up to new possibilities and ideas
