all hallows' eve

the concentration on that face

i've been quite un-motivaetd recently on the blogging front. i've got so many potential posts waiting in the drafts but i need to perfect them as i believe in quality over quantity. so for now you can have something a bit photo heavy.
this year was the first time i've carved a pumpkin since i was about 10 years old, maybe even younger, so it was a great evening for Matt & i to sit round the kitchen table and pretend to be artists. i went for a simple design seing as i'm a novice at this. at first Matt attempted a monkey but failing that, he went for an easier face. it looks quite impressive i must say, especially compared to my stars and moon design. we don't have any sweets this year so these pumpkins are for our eyes only and will hold a nice spot on the kitchen window sill perhaps.
happy trick-or-treatin'
before i go i'm going to leave you with the best halloween video EVER
